Return & Refund Policy

Shoolax shoes are made with high quality and perfection. We put our best efforts to meet the need of a customer. In case any product fails to meet the expectation of a customer, then the customer has all the rights to Return/ Exchange the product to  the seller on the following conditions.

Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery of orders. The return will be accepted in proper packing ensuring the product is unused and undamaged. Minimum 3 images of the product- shoe upper, sole and box packing along with the label/invoice shall be sent to ensure the smooth replacement process. Return/Exchange policy is liable for only those customer’s who had made a video of the product at the time of unboxing. Any Return/Exchange will be rejected immediately if the customer hasn’t made the video at the time of unboxing of product.

Refund Policy

If returns are approved then we will process the refund with 5-7 working days and the refunded amount will get credited to the original source of payment with 5-7 working days.

Returns are accepted only post 24-48hours days from the date of delivery

Following products are not eligible for exchange/return:

  • Any product that is returned without original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any item that has been used.
  • Products without video to highlight the reason of return.
  • Complaint raised after 24-48 hours of the delivery of the shipment. 

Products eligible for Return Requests:

  • Any product that is received damaged or defected by the buyer is eligible for full replacement by the seller YOU CAN PLACE REPLACEMENT REQUEST WITHING 24-48 HOURS ALSO provided an elaborate video and audio recording highlighting the complaint is sent along with all still images of the defect. 
  • Once the replacement request will get approved, then we will deliver the new product to you within 3-5 working days.

Important Conditions for Exchange requests

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
  • In case any return/exchange request is rejected based on physical quality check by Shoolaxo team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request.
