Shoolaxo is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only

From the date of purchase you can expect delivery within 7-10 Days. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 1,999/-.

Upon dispatch of the order, you will receive a tracking number along with an URL within 2-5 days. You can use that URL to track your order.

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 days of your purchase or when it is dispatched.

Web orders can come from multiple warehouses. If you only receive part of your shipment, don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking on your other goods as they ship.

We do not store your payment instrument’s details on our website. All your payment information is handled by our payments provider 

Following products are not eligible for exchange/return:

• Any product that is returned without original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery.
• Any item that has been used.
• Products without video to highlight the reason of return.
• Complaint raised after 24-48 hours of the delivery of the shipment.
• Once the replacement request will get approved, then we will deliver the new product to you within 3-5 working days.
